Shipping and Returns


Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Service. Delivery time is generally 1-3 business days after orders are processed.  Insurance is included for orders valued up to $50.00.  We strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance for orders valued over $50.00 as we cannot be held liable for loss or damage for orders that have not purchased additional insurance.  Any orders that are to be shipped to an apartment building MUST require a signature to ensure they reach the desired party and are not lost or stolen.  There is an additional $3.00 fee charged by the USPS for this service which will be passed on to you. 

 

We must be notified within 7-10 business days for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise. Any claims filed after this time will not be honored.  If your package arrives damaged, it is helpful to process your claim with USPS with photos and they are appreciated.  Once we receive and review your claim, a replacement order will be sent if we are able to place liability with the USPS.  We are not responsible for orders that have been delivered "at front door/porch" and without a signature by the USPS and are not received.  Therefore, if you prefer a signature upon delivery of your package, please purchase this additional service at the time of placing your order. Otherwise, your package will be drop shipped by the USPS. 

 

If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.  Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order and return your unused order in its original packaging and we will refund your money, less shipping charges.
